Acceptance of these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Harrigan Home for your use of the Harrigan Home app at app.harriganhome.com. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Your use of the app is also subject to our privacy policy and our cookie and storage policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. The app is designed for shoppers in Barbados, and some features depend on partner stores and events located there.

Your account

• Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use one account per person. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• Tell us promptly at the contact below if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Points, rewards, and coupons

• Points, tiers, rewards, and coupons are part of a loyalty program. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or sold.
• You earn and spend points only as described in the app. We may set, change, or expire earning rates, reward costs, and coupon terms.
• Coupons and rewards may have their own conditions, such as an expiry date, stock limit, or participating store, shown at the time.
• We may adjust, withhold, or reverse points, coupons, or rewards obtained through error, fraud, or misuse, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the program.

Receipt submissions

When you upload a receipt to earn points, you confirm it is a genuine receipt for your own purchase. We may review, hold, or reject a submission we cannot verify, or one that appears altered, duplicated, or fraudulent. See the privacy policy for how receipt images are handled.

Vendor and partner content

Deals, prices, discounts, and product details are provided by partner stores and are their responsibility. Availability and pricing are set by the store and can change or sell out. We aim to show accurate, current offers, but we do not guarantee that any deal will be available or honoured, and the final sale takes place between you and the store.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe the rights of others, while using the app.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent receipts, check-ins, or claims.
• Attempt to game, automate, or manipulate points, coupons, challenges, or check-ins.
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the app, its security, or other users.
• Copy, scrape, or resell content from the app without permission.

Home Goods Tour and events

The Harrigan Home Goods Tour and similar events may include store check-ins, challenges, and rewards. Check in only when you are genuinely at a participating store. Follow each venue's rules and staff instructions, and act safely and respectfully. We may adjust event rules, dates, and rewards, and we may remove participants who break these terms or event rules.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep the app available, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and the app may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may also update the app and its features from time to time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Harrigan Home is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for the acts, goods, or services of partner stores. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the loyalty program. On termination, points, coupons, and rewards associated with the account are forfeited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, and the courts of Barbados have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
